Authentic Faith

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Hebrews 11:6

Have you ever heard someone claim that he does not believe in God because He never provided a clear indication of His existence? As opposed to nonbelievers, believers understand the significance of believing in the unseen. Like many of us enjoy our cell phones without fully understanding their mechanics and operating system. Yet, these same individuals enjoy God’s natural services while doubting God's existence.

As a condition of receiving heavenly rewards, God requires the exercise of authentic faith. A faith of this type focuses on the final results rather than the immediate results. Often, individuals seek external rewards to validate their faith rather than releasing their independence toward relying on the unforeseen to resolve visible forces. For instance, when you release your willpower to an invisible God, you will gain empowerment to resolve your immediate situation. This process is a necessary action to establish hope, as noted in Hebrews 11:6, But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Authentic faith is the nexus that moves the invisible realm toward rewarding the seeker in the visible realm. Authentic faith enables you to receive only attributes found in God, such as peace, joy, love, and patience. These attributes abide within the believers as the assurance of God's existence, especially when catastrophic events, natural disasters, and even wars occur. In other words, believers who exercise authentic faith constantly recognize God’s plan as it unfolds on their behalf instead of their physical circumstances. In this faith, the believer can evolve as God intended. A person with authentic faith understands that heavenly rewards are more valuable than any earthly prize. I want to encourage you to start processing earthly events from a spiritual perspective by exercising authentic faith in the heavenly realm.
